We contribute by developing new tools for the enantioselective synthesis of chiral molecules, using asymmetric catalysis.

Total synthesis

Natural product synthesis

Total synthesis drives drug discovery, enables access to rare natural products, and pushes the boundaries of organic chemistry, innovation, and scientific creativity. In our lab, we target various bioactive natural products, including diterpenoids, polyphenols and meroterpenes.

Multicatalysis

Multicatalysis

Dual catalysis merges two distinct catalytic systems into a single reaction. We employ this powerful strategy to unlocks new reactivity, enhances selectivity, and streamline complex syntheses.
